(02) — Case Study
Zaytouna Park.
A synchronized hospitality POS connecting table orders, cashier terminals, and kitchen displays — every device sharing the same live view of the venue, with sub-second state synchronization.
A busy venue runs on timing. Orders taken at the table, rung up at the cashier, and cooked in the kitchen had to stay in step — without paper tickets or shouted relays.
We built a Flutter POS on a Supabase realtime backend so every surface subscribes to the same order state. A change at one terminal appears everywhere — the cashier, the floor, and the kitchen display.
Staff work from one shared, always-current view of the venue: tables, open orders, and kitchen progress stay in sync from the first order to the final bill.
